How to make an appointment

Before you can reach out to make an appointment, you will need a referral from your primary heathcare provider.

  1. Speak to your primary healthcare provider. If our services and support might be able to help you, they will arrange for a referral. If you do not have a primary care provider, you can reach out to us directly.
  2. Call us at 867-633-3080. If your call goes to voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you back. If we are very busy, it make take up to a business day or two for us to call.
  3. Once your appointment has been set, you will need to complete our intake form before your appointment.

We work collaboratively with all healthcare providers in the Yukon. To keep wait times at our clinic at a minimum, we ask that you check with your primary healthcare provider first and provide a referral if they are unable to provide you with the specialized care you need. If you do not have a family doctor, we invite you to reach out to us directly.

If it has been more than 12 months since your last appointment with us, please ask your primary healthcare provider for a new referral. Follow-up Pap smears may be booked without a referral.
